The regulars drive a steady trade but we need to upgrade our Pub to attract new customers from a broader demographic
Times have changed! The pub is not getting used in the same way as it was in times gone past. We need to consider how key areas can be improved and/or re-purposed to improve their revenue generating capacity
The demographic profile in our area has changed. We need to cater for our regular's and gaming customers well but we also have the opportunity target families.
We need to expand and we need to attract a broader demographic to the Pub. But we need to plan the expansion carefully so that we can grow our business while catering seamlessly for our various user groups.
We're trading well, but over time, as the Pub has grown and evolved, we’ve ended up with too many service points causing operational inefficiencies. We need to rationalise our layout to make it work better for us.
