The members bring a lot of passion and emotional support to the Club, but this doesn’t drive revenue as it once did. We need to upgrade our Club to attract new customers from a broader demographic.
Times have changed! Parts of our Club no longer get used as much as they were in the past. We need to consider how these areas can be re-purposed to make them revenue-generating again.
The demographic profile in our area has changed. Our loyal members are the backbone of the Club but we need to target the families and younger demographic to ensure our viability as a business.

We don't have enough space in key growth areas of our Club. To capitalise on our strong trade we need to expand our current business offerings.

We're trading well, but over time, as the Club has grown and evolved, we’ve ended up with too many service points causing operational inefficiencies. We need to rationalise our layout to make it work better for us.
Our traditional business offerings are doing well and we want to continue our expansion. But we need to plan the expansion carefully so that the various user-groups still feel strong ownership of the Club.
Our traditional business offerings are doing well but we're concerned about the future of gaming. Sure, there's money to be made there now, but we want to take steps to diversify our business offerings so that we're less reliant on gaming.

We're a large multi-faceted Club with diversified operations which are working well for us. We're moving on to our next phase of development that will include additional diversified offerings that need to be researched and master-planned.

The Board is proactive and hands-on. They’re involved in all operational decisions at the Club.
The Board takes an active interest in the way the Club is run and managed but, for the most part, they set the strategic direction for the Club and leave Club management to run the place.
We’re a management-driven Club. The Board represent the views of the members, but the Club’s executive team drive the strategic and operational direction of the Club.
