The time to complete the portrait will be advised by the Artist once this form is submitted. Please allow 2 - 6 weeks depending on size.

Please allow 2 weeks for framing. It is strongly recommended the portrait is framed with Art Glass UV grade glass as with all pastels it can fade if positioned in direct sunlight.

Framing is NOT included in the portrait price. The portrait will be posted in a postal tube to the nominated address at the buyer's expense.

Framing can be arranged, I can obtain a quote from Shorestyle Framing upon completion which includes free delivery depending on the location of the buyer.

The estimated postage cost for portraits shipped within Australia with Insurance & Tracking is $17.50 AUD

The estimated cost to post overseas with Tracking & Insurance is $25 AUD

A quote can be arranged prior to commencement.

Choosing a great photo is essential.

Ask yourself if this is a picture you love, can you see both eyes clearly, is the colour of the pet's fur, just like it is in real life? If not, attach more photos via email at petportraitsbyjc@gmail.com

Attach your favourite photo first, then I can work with the others to bring the portrait to life.

Try and get a photo of the pet looking slightly to one side instead of straight on.
Payment is not required until the portrait is 50% complete.

Then please make full payment via funds transfer or via pay pal.

By clicking 'submit' you agree to allow Josephine Comb to use the photos you have submitted to reference and draw/paint a portrait of the pet.

You allow the artist Josephine Comb to use the portrait and photos for advertising & marketing purposes once the portrait is complete, this is not limited to Facebook, Instagram, or petportraitsbyjc website (this photo will be released once approval has been given by the buyer.

You agree that you will not enter the portrait in any art competitions or re-sell the portrait or claim artist rights.

You also agree to pay the full amount to Josephine Comb upon 50% completion or advised otherwise by Josephine Comb. The artist will ensure the buyer is happy with the portrait and will rectify any changes that need to be made before posting, within reason.
