    Under your direction we can help you consolidate the funds into a fund of your own choosing or into a new one superannuation account which you select. Please Note: We only provide the researched information and mechanisms to implement your directions.

  • Tax File Number (TFN) Notification

  • Under our Australian Financial Services Licence we are authorised to ask for the information requested on this form including your TFN, and to supply it to relevant Superannuation Trustees. We require this information for authentication and identification purposes and to help us locate your superannuation accounts. You are not required by law to provide us with any TFN we have requested, however we can not perform a superannuation search without a valid TFN being supplied. 

    Your Tax File Number is found on your income tax assessment, correspondence from the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) or payment summaries from your employer. Alternatively you can contact the ATO on 13 28 61

  • We can help you bring your superannuation accounts together into a single place. If you would like you can select your preference for consolidation right now or wait until the search results have come in. If you lodge the consolidation request now it could save considerable time and money. 

     For most Australians, by the time we retire, super could represent one of our biggest assets. It's real money and by consolidating you could:

    save money—one super fund means one set of fees, potentially saving you hundreds of dollars each year and thousands over a lifetime

    save time—having one fund is easier to keep track of with less paperwork and administration

    have better control of your investments—with one fund it's easier to manage an investment strategy to meet your needs.

  • Consolidation Process

  • Create a New Personal Superannuation account under your control. 

    At Australian Lost Super we offer you a number of ways to consolidate your fund. The quickest method for you to take control of your super is for us to create a new Personal Super Account with one of our Approved Providers. 

    This will be your personal account where all the funds will be brought together. We will also issue you a form called "Choice of Super Fund". This form can be used with any current or future employers in order for them to keep paying your superannuaiton into your personal account. This way you will not have "lost super" in the future. 

     

    We also offer you the ability to consolidate into an account of your choosing.

    Once you nominate an account we will still create a new personal OneVue account for you. This will act as a staging account in order to bring together all other funds apart from your Nominated Account.  Once completed we will send you the required form to roll over the funds from the staging account to your Nominated Account. 

  • Create a New Personal Superannuation account under your control. 

    At Australian Lost Super we offer you a number of ways to consolidate your fund. The quickest method for you to take control of your super is for us to create a new Personal Super Account with one of our Approved Providers.

    If you take up our service your staging OneVue superfund will be charged a fee of $440 upon completion of the consolidation process. This fee is for us to make the necessary administrative arrangements with your superannuation funds to consolidate your superannuation and is not an advice fee. You will receive regular updates and educational material from us by email with your consent and access to a financial adviser if you wish to make an appointment to receive personal financial advice in need. 

    It is important you check with any Super Funds directly to understand whether there is insurance connected to your account, as it will be cancelled if you decide to go ahead with the consolidation

  • Insurance

  • By default you may hold a level of insurance cover within your superfunds. Keep in mind insurance cover is not automatically transferred when you consolidate. It will generally be cancelled.

  • IMPORTANT: Any life insurance you have with other super funds will be cancelled when you consolidate your super. We suggest you review your insurance and consider taking out cover here.

  • Your NEW Personal Account

  • At Australian Lost Super we offer a very simple process for your superannuation consolidation. We are using one of Australia's top providers, OneVue, to offer you an automated and electronic way to bring all your super funds together.

    In order to get started we will set you up with your own personal Flexible Super account with OneVue. This will be your own superannuation account into which we will consolidate all your funds. This account can also be used with your current and any future employers in order to keep contributing into your superannuation. This will prevent any future "lost super".

    Your consolidated funds will be invested in the default Balanced Option portfolio. Please read the following Product Disclosure Statement which will list all relevant information including any applicable fees.

    If you take up our service, your OneVue superfund will be charged a fee of $440 upon completion of the consolidation process. These fees are charged to your superfund and are not paid by you directly. This fee is for us to make the necessary administrative arrangements with your superannuation funds to consolidate your superannuation and is not an advice fee. 

    After receiving the results of the super search, it is important you check with any Super Funds directly to understand whether there is insurance connected to your account, as it will be cancelled if you decide to go ahead with the consolidation

    In addition, for most clients we can offer a simplified process for automatic acceptance of insurance cover in your new OneVue Super account. Until this insurance is accepted however, you will be uninsured.

  • We will now attempt to establish an automatically accepted level of cover for you. Please answer the following questions.

    1) Any neurological disorder or mental health condition, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, paralysis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression or anxiety.

    2) Arthritis, osteoporosis, chronic fatigue syndrome, back, neck or any joint disorder that has required treatment by any health professional and resulted in more than 5 days off work over the last 12 months.

    3) Any persisting ear or eye disorder, hearing loss or impairment of sight not corrected by glasses, contact lenses or laser vision correction surgery.
