    Here is your questionnaire.

    Answer the following questions without thinking too long about the answers. 

    After you have completed them make some notes in your journal (if you have one).

    Think about what you may need to change in your life to have more work and/or life balance and yes, more happiness. 

    Is there one thing in particular that needs to change? How might you start this process?
