Please make sure you prepare for the shoot by writing out a script, this will make the video look MUCH better. You can either try to memorise it, or feel free to send it to us in advance and we can pop it on a screen for you to read on the fly at the shoot.

Aim for approximately 100-150 words.

Introduce yourself, the address, and talk a little bit about why the property is unique. You can also end with a call to action such as call/e-mail or attending an open home.

We can also arrange for a copy-writer to write up a script for you is you wish, just let us know.
