Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. 3. Course fees in full or first instalments of standard payment plans must be paid on enrolment. 4. In cases of personal crisis or illness, students may defer their training course to a later date or put a hold on their Practitioner membership at the Principal\u2019s discretion. 8. If your application for enrolment is accepted you will be sent a letter of confirmation and information within 5 business days about starting your training course. 9. If your application for enrolment is not accepted for any reason any payment you have made will be refunded in full without delay. 10. Fees are in Australian dollars and are correct as at 20\/12\/2016 11. Graduates will be offered registration with the IMTTA at the College Principal's discretion. Practitioner registration is offered free to graduates for the first year and can be renewed at the set fee each year after the first year has expired. Registration must be claimed within three months of graduation from the certificate level course.12. Students who do not submit assessments and do not respond to the College\u2019s attempts to communicate with them to arrange deferrals or extensions, after a reasonable amount of time and due effort on the Institute\u2019s part, will have their training courses cancelled with no course fee refund being available. 13. If you do not complete your course and do not arrange to defer your course, after a period of time, your course may be cancelled. 14. If your course is cancelled due to lack of participation and failure to communicate with the Institute and you wish to recommence your studies, you may be required to pay a recommencement fee. 15. If a payment plan payment is not received by the due date, you will be contacted by our administration staff and asked to make the payment. If you do not respond and the outstanding payment remains unpaid for a period of one week, your course will be placed on hold. 16. If you do not communicate with us, do not respond to our attempts to contact you, and you do not make your payment plan payments on time, your course will be placed on hold for a period of two weeks. 17. If we have still not received communication from you and you have not made payment after two weeks of being in arrears, your course will be cancelled. 18. If your course is cancelled, you will not be entitled to a refund for any fees already paid, and you will not be permitted to continue with your original payment plan. 19. Students who do not pay their first commencement instalment will not have their course assessments marked until payment is made. 4. Students who fail to communicate their circumstances and do not contact the Principal to arrange payments, will have their course tuition suspended until payment is made. 5. If course payment remains unpaid for a period of two weeks past the due date and no communicated or agreement has been arranged with the Principal, students will have their course cancelled and they will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid. 6.
