NOTE

The applicant is required to submit proof of vaccinations and registration annually.

The applicant must comply with the applicable Pet/Animal By-Law. This approval may be withdrawn at any time if the Body Corporate considers that conditions on which the approval were given are breached and if approval is withdrawn, the pet the subject of this application, must be removed permanently from scheme land within seven (7) days of receiving such Notice from the Body Corporate.
