This type of request is selected when you plan to change, or have recently changed, companies and would like your client data transferred accordingly.
This type of request involves the eMoney Data Entry team entering basic contact information such as name, address, date of birth, email address, and phone number, as well as more advanced Fact Finder information. Please note that we do not add any custom planning scenarios or presentations into the client's account.

This type of request involves the eMoney Data Entry team updating client contact information or account information.
This type of request involves transferring client data from one firm/broker dealer to another.
This type of request involves entering client contact information such as name, address, date of birth, phone number, and email address, as well as more advanced Fact Finder information. All statements must include the account owner name and the type of account.
Complete the following steps in order to upload client information into the client's Vault.
Step 1: From your client list, select the client that requires data entry.
Step 2: On the Quick Links bar (top left of page), go to Vault.
Step 3: Click New Folder (top right of screen) and name it Data Entry.
Step 4: Once in the folder, click Upload to add applicable files.
NOTE: Include the following information: Client Name, Address, Date of Birth, Phone Number, Email Address, Property, Investments, Life Insurance, Salary, Expenses and Liabilities.
Review the steps below. Click Submit Request to proceed.
eMoney Data Entry Services will send you a quote via email.
Review the quote and submit it via DocuSign. Note: This step is required to proceed.
Please upload client documents into their eMoney Vault. Note: For security purposes, eMoney Data Entry Services will only access documents via the Vault.
The eMoney Data Entry Services Team receives the signed quote and adds the request to their queue.
Upon completion, eMoney Data Entry Services uploads a quality assurance (QA) document into the Advisor's Vault for review.
The Advisor is billed via the billing method on file.
