between a staffing agency henceforth known as "Express Employment Agency," and a prospective candidate henceforth known as*

Agreement is made to establish a relationship between Agency and Employee, with regard to the Agency's efforts to secure employment for Employee.

Agency agrees:*

to maintain updated résumé and/or contact information for Employee, and to provide said information to any interested companies.to contact Employee with regards to any jobs that may fit Employee's qualifications.to submit Employee's name to any matching jobs and to make all possible efforts to find employment for Employee.

Employee agrees: *

to acknowledge that {he/she} is a representative of Agency, and is expected to act accordingly while on any job and/or in any capacity in which Agency is involved.to inform Agency if {he/she} will not be able to work at the place that {he/she} was sentto accept that any hirring company will deduct the registration fee of $2000.00 from your fisrt week salary.to accept that 1/3 of your first two week salary will be deducted.

I agree and accept the above terms and conditions and understand that If I decide to leave the job within the first two weeks that salary will be still deducted to meet the total amount (which is the registration and the placement fee).I also understand that this is an electronic contract and it is just as legal and enforceable as traditional paper contract sign in ink.
