Event Attendance Registration

The EISM is compliant with the Victorian Government Child Safe Legislation, which incorporates our Child Safe Policy, Code of Conduct and Mandatory Reporting for all of our volunteers, officials and staff.  As we have been advised that you will be attending one of our events, could you please complete the Event Attendance Register below and submit at least 48 hours prior to the event.  All information will be used for EISM purposes only.  If you have any concerns or queries please do not hesitate to contact the EISM Office on 03 9831 4441 or email the Acting Executive Officer, Noel Stevens (exec@eism.org).   

Official School Photographer Conditions:  Photographs taken at any EISM event are to be used by the respective school only for their general publicity and promotional activities in both print and digital/electronic media.  Photographs of students from other EISM schools are not to be published without direct permission.

Legislation requires that our Association has a Child Safe Policy in place which covers all of our events and activities.  All officials, volunteers and photographers are required to have read and agree to the following EISM Child Safety Code of Conduct below.  Full details of the EISM Child Safety Policy and Mandatory Reporting are available for download from the EISM Website www.eism.org under Handbook:-
