Employed full-time with YWCA Queensland via a Business Administration Traineeship you will assist with various projects while gaining valuable personal and professional skills through formal training, development workshops and on the job learning.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Professional phone and email communication
Reception duties (greeting guests, setting up meeting rooms)
Supporting managers and other administrative staff with operational tasks
Creation and maintenance of documents and registers using Word and Excel
Event & fundraising planning and management
Basic understanding of work, health and safety
Upon completion of the traineeship, you will have achieved a Certificate 1 in Business Administration along with the relevant skills necessary to secure a stable, long-term employment opportunity in your chosen field.
