The Fit Lab's 10 Week Functional Training Program!
The Functional Training program is Fit Lab's GOLD Standard program designed to get you the fastest results possible. The program is written & Supervised by Fit Lab's team of Exercise Scientists & High Performance Coaches. You will be pushed hard and also taught the exact methods of training to attain the best results in 10 Weeks. If your looking for a dramatic change or wanting to take your health and fitness to new and higher levels this is for you!
No experience is neccessary to start, we have options for both the beginner and advanced lifters, our coaches will determine what level you fit into. You also have the option of completing a Weights only program or a Weights and Conditioning program to accelerate your results. If your not sure what would suit you our coaches will help you decide during your initial assesement.
** In light of the recent concerns around the Coronavirus (Covid-19) please be aware that guidelines have been put into place for this round of Functional Training in relation to participant ratios with a Maximum of 20 per session, therefore you will ONLY be able to attend your designated timeslot. We want to assure you that we have you and your families health and wellbeing at the forefront of our minds, therefore will be maintaining strict cleaning and hygiene practices after each session along with the modification of each session in regards to equipment usage.
10 WEEK PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
Commencement Date: Monday April 20th 2020
Conclusion Date: Friday June 26th 2020
Training Days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Training Times: 5:30am, 9:30am, 5:30pm
Location: The Fit Lab High Performance Unit (8 Gogg Street)
*Monday 4th May Public Holiday Session - 9:30am ONLY
Testing - Week 1 and 10 (Strength, Conditioning & Body Measurements)
3 x 1hr Sessions/Weekly

The cost of the program is $400 Upfront Payment (Members) & $650 Upfront (Non-Members) which will include access to attend up to 3 sessions per week.
Payment is required to be made in advance of the program. Split payments are available.
Split Payments must be finalised by theEnd of Week 5 - 24th/May or you will not be able to continue with the program.
Refunds not availiable for Non-Attendance, in the case of a medical exclusion please speak with Fit Lab Management - firstname.lastname@example.org
