  • When selecting your registration option below please note a seat at the Awards Dinner is included in all except the single day registrations.

    Youth rates apply to secondary students, tertiary students & Youth Council members.

  • Invoices will be issued on receipt of your registration and emailed along with instructions for credit card payment should you choose this option. All fees are payable within 14-days of invoice unless a prior arrangement has been made with the Conference organisers.

    If you require a Purchase Order number on your invoice please indicate below.

  • Thank you for your registration. The details entered on this form will be sent to us electronically - please check them before you ' Submit '. We will then email the details entered by you for your record of registration, along with a tax invoice. 

    To access the discounted Conference Room Rates at Rutherford Hotel Nelson, you must also complete the online Accommodation Request. This form will automatically be sent to the conference organisers.
