This online form is required for all accommodation bookings at Rutherford Hotel Nelson for the 2016 Sister Cities Conference in order to secure the special conference room rates. It also contains a list of alternative accommodation suggestions.

Please complete this form to book conference accommodation at the Rutherford Hotel Nelson. This form wil go directlly to the Conference Co-ordinator who will make the booking on your behalf. An allocation of rooms are on hold until 15 March 2016 at the venue, after this date bookings will be subject to availability.

Payment is to be made directly to the Rutherford Hotel. All guests will be asked to provide credit card details at check-in to guarantee payment of incidentals. If no credit card can be supplied the guest will be asked to provide a cash/EFTPOS bond for this purpose.

Breakfast: Full Cooked Breakfast Buffet $28 / Continental Buffet $21 are available along with a-la-carte options. Alternatively a range of restaurants, cafes & coffee shops are within 5 minutes walk of the venue.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any cancellations must be advised to the Conference Co-ordinator prior to 27 March 2016 to avoid cancellation fees. After this time a cancellation fee will apply & be a minimum of 1 night's tariff.
