INFORMATION/GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING ARTWORKS
PLEASE FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING ARTWORKS:
SCAN ORIGINAL ARTWORKS MUST BE 720 DPI TO ENSURE PRINTING QUALITY (DIMENSION MAYBE VARIABLE BUT MUST BE ABLE TO SCAN TO A4 SIZE ). ARTWORKS THAT ARE NOT ABLE TO BE SCANNED I.E. SCULPTURE, MAYBE PHOTOGRAPHED AND EMAILED IN HIGH-QUALITY RESOLUTION OF 720DPI. ALL SCANS & PHOTOGRAPHS MUST BE ATTACHED TO THIS FORM.
EXHIBITION GUIDELINES:
- Artists will receive 50% of sales from each artwork sold
- Artist contact details must be provided and artworks must follow all guidelines for scanning
- 1 submission per person
- SUBMISSIONS MUST BE IN BY 17th October 2016
- The F.R.W.P Women's Office will do a Limited edition of onIy 20 prints per artwork, (prints only made per request) each print soId from request the artist will receive 50% of sale
OBLIGATIONS OF F.R.W.P OFFICE:
- Contact the Artists prior to the Exhibition with further information regarding the specifics of printing made for the Exhibition and any other printing made during exhibition period
- Provide contact details of the people responsibIe for overseeing the Exhibition/Coordinators to whom any further enquiries can be directed.
- The F.R.W.P women's office have rights of artwork to produce promotional material to publicise the exhibition.
- Promote the Exhibition across all media and art institutions.
- The F.R.W.P women's office will distribute any Artist/s sales money to the Coordinator who will transfer it to the artist or directIy to the artist if there is no coordinator available by the end of January 2017.
- Coordinators or Sampari team will be in contact regarding organising sales money until money is received by the artist/s.
