New and existing facilitators are invited to join this 5-day experiential facilitator training program based from Perth. Those wishing to improve their facilitation skills in their organisations are also encouraged to attend this training which looks at developing people in a supportive and constructive manner.

You will experience our program as a participant and have the opportunity to be coached through facilitating groups in outdoor environments. Introduction to our program activities, debriefing process, and basic outdoor adventure skills is included. You'll receive a comprehensive training manual with contemporary leadership and team development models.

Investment for 5 days departing from Perth inc meals, accommodation, all activities, DiSC behavioural profiling, insurance, workshops, comprehensive manual, individual coaching & all transport is $1,750 ex GST for OI staff and program alumni. $2,250 ex GST for other attendees.

Investment is 100% tax deductible if you're an Australian resident.

Once we've received your deposit and registration form, we'll send you the joining instructions and links to the medical form, pre-program survey and the DISC behavioural profiling link.
