    In accordance with section 133 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003 as amended, you must lodge your application to register your exempt public transport service with the Council at least 15 working days before you intend to commence your service.  Note: an application will only be considered as having been lodged with Council once all information deemed necessary to assess the application has been recieved by Council.
