    A OneMusic licence provides the permission, required by law, for Australian businesses and organisations to play the majority of the music heard on radio, TV, music-streaming services or music that is purchased online or in stores.

    For assistance completing this form, or to discuss if your circumstances still require a OneMusic licence, please contact review@onemusic.com.au or call us on 1300 162 162.

  • IMPORTANT

    This means that your business is no longer playing any music covered under the OneMusic licence. A OneMusic licence covers the majority of commercially released music. 

    By this advice, we understand that the business is not using, for example:

    • a streaming service (i.e. Spotify, Apple Music etc)
    • CD/iPod player, background music system or jukebox
    • radio 
    • television (both free to air and subscription)
    • music-on-hold on a telephone system
    • live artist performance, DJ or Karaoke

    to publicly perform, reproduce or communicate the music covered by a OneMusic licence.

    Under Australian Copyright law, any continued use of music represented by OneMusic would still require a OneMusic licence.
