  • We are thrilled to welcome you to the inaugural 2026 Louisiana Farm Bureau Federation joint leadership conference; ROOTED IN LEADERSHIP, January 23-24, 2026. We will spend the weekend learning about agriculture through tours, keynotes, and workshops. At Louisiana Farm Bureau, leadership starts with connection – and that’s exactly what you’ll find at the ROOTED IN LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE. The Michael Danna Leadership Planning Committee, Women’s Leadership Committee, and Young Farmers & Ranchers are proud to be a part of this event, bringing Louisiana Farm Bureau members from across the state for two days of learning, networking, and inspiration.     We will be housed at the Baton Rouge Marriott (5500 Hilton Ave, Baton Rouge, LA 70808; 225-924-5000). We will begin Friday with a lunch at the Capitol Park Museum in downtown Baton Rouge and learn about the legislative process. We will end the day with a tour of LSU’s Tiger Stadium dinner, and an evening of entertainment. Saturday will feature keynote speakers, workshops, and networking opportunities on AI and the future, economic outlooks, labor management, mental health awareness, and wreath building.

    Rates for this conference are $250 per person. This fee includes meals, transportation, tours, entertainment, and lodging (for Friday night). Extra room nights for Thursday and/or Saturday are at a rate of approximately $162/night. 

    You may register adult attendees aged 18+ for your parish below. No refunds will be permitted as guarantees are required for meals, hotel rooms, etc.

  • Individual names must be listed separately for name tags and rooming list purposes.

    Each individual attending from your parish should be registered using this online registration. Checks for registration payments must be made payable to LFBF and mailed to the LFBF State Office (Attn: Megan Gravois, PO Box 95004, Baton Rouge, LA 70895).

    Please include a copy of the confirmation email that you receive after online registration has been completed so that we can confirm your registration with receipt of payment.

    *NOTE: Only 10 attendees can be entered in one submission. Once you have submitted the first batch of 10 attendees, you will get a thank you page that will have a link for you to go back to the regiatration and enter additional attendees.
