The Program will run for 6 weeks with 3 x 60min session at a cost of $270.00 for members and $299.00 for non members.

In this Program you will learn the fundamental moves of lifting weight correctly.
Most women have this preconceived notion that if you lift weight you will bulk up. That's not correct and this program will teach you that and more, and why it's so important for woman in general to lift weights.
The lifts you will learn include: Squats Front and back, Deadlift, Bench press, Shoulder Press, Dumbell Cleans, Plyometric Exercises and accessory lifts.
Other componants include: Strength, Hypertrophy, Agility, Flexibility, Balance, Technique.
All weights Tailored specifically to you.
This program is a comprehensive program, you will not only gain the correct lifting technique but also gain strength, power, changes to your body composition and most importantly gain confidence with in the gym environment.
