We are not the cheapest company around to do a vacate clean, but we are also not the most expensive. We are a local company employing over 60 staff where we pay insurance including public liability, above award wages, superannuation, workers comp insurance, taxes and more.

We are not a “Facebook” business where we operate from the back of a car or from the backyard of a house in your street. If you are after the cheapest price, with all due respect, don’t waste our time or yours, pick one of the many "sole operators" that pop up on Facebook.

Our Guarantee

A Vacate clean is a very detailed clean and we clean to property manager standards.We clean everything from the ceiling to the floors and everything in between which is why we offer this guarantee. "If your property manager is unhappy with any aspect of the cleaning that you requested us to do, we will re-attend at no charge, if we are notified within 48 hours"
