If your application to be a guest is successful, we'll try and include you in the show on the date of your choice and/or to conduct pre-recorded interviews on the date and time you request below but this will be subject to the content and schedules we've already planned and the availability of our presenters.

Our team are all volunteers with other responsibilities and this means we may need to negotiate other mutually suitable times and dates with you.

If you come into the studio, please bring any audio files you'd like played on either a USB or a CD. If you would like a recording of the show, bring a USB with you. A copy of each hour of the show becomes available at 5pm and 6pm and we can put the relevant file/s on your USB. Alternatively we can email a link but this may take us some weeks to organise.
