The Auckland Fair Limited (formerly Auckland Art & Craft Fair) is a unique, destination, shopping event held in Shed 10 on Auckland's Waterfront in the CBD. The Auckland Fair is a busy event with thousands of people passing through the doors on the day. The Event is targeted to a high-end clientele that want to purchase one-of-a-kind items for their homes and/or businesses.
Every Exhibitor is hand selected through an application process, ensuring that quality products with creativity and ingenuity remain a priority and continue to raise the profile of handmade art, design and craft in New Zealand. All products must be made by you, where you are involved in at least 80% of the manufacturing process.
The Auckland Fair is held twice a year and includes sellers of art, prints, craft, design, fashion, ceramics, skincare, toys and more. There is a wide range of both local customers and customers traveling into Auckland especially for the event, plus invited social influencers, buyers, stylists and magazine editors. This ensures you will have the opportunity to sell your work to a whole new audience.

Exhibitor: Single application to be considered for a single Auckland Fair event, date of which is on the form. Opens 3-4 months prior to the event that you are applying for.

An application to be an Auckland Fair Exhibitor should be considered as part of your overall sales, marketing and advertising strategy or plan for your business.
Booth prices start from $330+GST (or the equivalent to around just $50+GST per hour of market trading time alone) and as we know, the Auckland Fair is much more than just the day of the event.

1 x image of your intended display (limit of 400KB)
4 x images of your products (limit of 400KB per image)
Please note, this application form may take 30-40 minutes to complete and is broken down into sections. You CANNOT save the form as you go, we allow only one application per person/IP address to reduce double ups, our form is best filled out from a desktop computer.
By completing this form you are showing intention to attend on the day of the event, your application forms a contract between the Auckland Fair and yourself.
Exhibitors applications are gone through shortly after being received and you should expect to hear a response within 7 days.
