Once your application is accepted payment in full or a 50% deposit is required to secure your position.

Refund Policy/Cancellation - Withdrawal from a booked course prior to commencement, within 12 weeks 75%; within 8 weeks 50%; less than 8 weeks 0%.

Once the programme begins participants are to fulfil the training through to completion. A participant is at any point able to withdraw from the
training by their own free will. This does not constitute a refund in part or whole. TacTrac for their part will complete the training signed up for by
the participant. It is expressly understood that withstanding any pandemic, natural disaster, world event, force majeure that renders an individual
unable to attend, or for the company Speciforce t/a TacTrac unable to provide the said training progamme, does not constitute a refund but all
fees paid will be forward for the enrolled participant to the immediate following course scheduled or to be scheduled.
