The Club hereby expresses its interest in participating in the ESFA 2020 competition season and submits the following information which we certify is true and correct.
The Club understands that the information will be assessed by ESFA and will be relied on should the Club be invited by ESFA to participate in the ESFA 2020 competition season.
If it is admitted to the 2020 season, the Club agrees to:
(a) comply with:
(i) FFA rules and regulations;
(ii) Football NSW rules and regulations; and
(iii) ESFA rules and regulations including its competition rules and grievance procedures.
(b) ensure the Club, Club officials, team officials and players comply fully with directions provided by the ESFA competition administrator including, without limitation, directions in relation to the scheduling or rescheduling of matches;
(c) use its best endeavours to ensure that it and each of its players, team officials, Club officials, members and supporters:
(i) do not adversely impact the image or reputation of or bring into disrepute FIFA, FFA, Football NSW, ESFA, the 2020 competition (including club officials, players and supporters of those clubs) or football in general; and
(ii) do not alone, jointly or severally, engage in any unbecoming conduct or behaviour which, in ESFA's opinion, is prejudicial or likely to be prejudicial to the interests or reputation of ESFA or the playing of football;
(d) ensure that it and each of its Club official and team officials are a fit and proper person to participate in or be associated with the Club as a participant in the 2020 competition;
(e) promptly advise ESFA of any claim made by it or one of its players, Club officials or team officials under any relevant insurance policy issued through ESFA and keep ESFA informed of the progress of any such claim;
(f) at any time provide all necessary information reasonably requested by ESFA;
(g) pay to ESFA all competition and other fees within 30 days of the invoice date.
