Prefestival / Setup week volunteering is fun! You can work in the contruction or the creative Visuals of the festival, the volunteers kitchen, manning the gates, recycling, building fences, many things need to be done. Tell us your choice, your skills and passions and we will find something for you! Whatever you feel you would like to try, we will find a place for you. 

You get to camp out on our beautiful site and cool off in the Wallaby Creek, you get fed lunch when you work the morning, dinner for the afternoon. You need to do at least 20 hours before the festival opens, then you get to enjoy the festival!.

You must arrive by Saturday to Monday prior to the festival latest and attend an induction with Volunteer Coordinator before you start. At the site office at 8am & 1:30pm from Saturday to Tuesday am.

You will be issued with a time card to be signed off by your Coordinator and receive a meal token at the end of each shift.

As a Valued Volunteer I understand that I will be required to do an induction prior to commencing any work at Wallaby Creek Festival. I also understand that participation in volunteering activites, festival activities and additional activities at Wallaby Creek Festival are at my own risk at all times. I also understand that Festival organisers cannot accept responsibility or liability for theft, loss or injury (including loss of life) on the festival site under any circumstances.  I have read the ‘Volunteer Guidelines’ on the website and understand that my participation is to be in accordance with these guidelines.
