Crude (between 40% to 80%) - Purity is dependent on peptide length and sequence difficulty.

SPE (between 50% to 90%) - Removes non-peptidic impurities. The purity is dependent on peptide length and sequence difficulty.

HPLC/Flash ( >90%) - Peptides will be of greater than 90% purity with UV-Vis trace and MS supplied.

Other - Peptides can be purified up to a purity of 99.8% through multiple HPLC runs. Additional techniques can also be used to remove impurities upon request.
