Archery Tag cost ranges depending on what service and/or what equipment you wish to hire. The following are the pricings. There is a minimum hire of 10 bows.
Number of participants: When you consider hiring options, you can either hire the number of bows for the exact number of people attending if they are energetic and you have limited time. Or, you can hire 1 bow for every 2 people and have a round robin competition with teams alternating on and off the playing field. If you have more than 60 people participating, then multiple sessions will be required as there are only 30 sets of equipment. You are charged per bow hired, not per person participating. If 24 people share 12 bows, the cost is the same as 12 people playing full time.
Game Master: Hiring a game master is optional. The Game Master brings all equipment and sets it up and packs it away. They also run the games and are responsible for safety and drawing out learning outcomes if this is a part of the activity. If the Game Master isn't hired, then someone from the group will need to coordinate pick up and return of equipment as well as running the game play. Game play run sheets are provided free if you do not require a Game Master.
Venue must be provided by the hirer. It can be an oval, a forest, a gym or where there is a space of approximately 30 x 60 metres space. Ashpalt, concrete, bitumen, and other abrasive surfaces cannot be used as these damage the equipment.
Once you have submitted your booking application, you will receive notification within 12-24 hrs of its confirmation.
