Coaching Clinic Application

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

a) A register of Clinic participants, coaches and staff MUST be retained by the Club.

b) All participants MUST be registered players of Northern NSW Football.

c) NSW Child Protection requirements MUST be adhered to for all coaching clinics.

d) Coaching Clinics are endorsed by Northern NSW Football on the basis that they are conducted as a fundraising/promotional event and all monies raised are retained by the Club for future development purposes. Northern NSW Football DOES NOT endorse private enterprise clinics.

e) Failure to comply with the above will VOID endorsement of coaching clinic and Insurance Cover and render Club Administrator(s) liable in the event of player injury or public liability claims.

In accordance with condition b) all participants must be registered players of Northern NSW Football.

Under condition a) the club must retain a register of Clinic participants. If the club chooses, Play Football could be used as this register by also have an additional product set up for the Coaching Clinic.
