Stallholders must provide the following:
•All related equipment and accessories for preparation and service. Note: It is the responsibility of stallholders to provide all electrical leads, which must be tested and tagged by a competent person who holds the appropriate electrical work licence.
•Plates and napkins (as appropriate) for tastings.
•Current Cassowary Coast Regional Council temporary food license and food safety certificates required for the event or acurrent Mobile Food Vehicle Licence.
•Food Vendors must supply a current Fire Extingisher that is appropariatly tagged as per current legislation.
