Smoke Alarms and Insurance
Smoke Alarm legislation - All South Australian homes must be fitted with a working smoke alarm. Residential landlords are responsible for ensuring a working smoke alarm is installed in the property. Fines of up to $750 apply if alarms are not installed.

RECOMMENDED OPTION: The Agent is to arrange for an annual Smoke Alarm service as required by law, on my/our behalf and cost. Approx. cost is maximum $110 (plus smoke alarm if and when required)
