• Coaches
o MUST have a CURRENT Level 1 Coaching qualification or higher
• Assistant Coaches
o MUST have a CURRENT Level 1 Coaching qualification or higher
• Managers
o must be proficient in an email program - there is a high volume of information to distribute to parents/guardians. HJRUs policy is that this information be distributed by email.
o will be required to collect or drop off items to the Hunter Rugby Office located at No.2 Sportsground during office hours. The successful applicant will be expected but not limited to:
distribute and collect back player forms such as medical and code of conduct,
keep track of player’s attendance at training
collect and distribute team and player gear
prepare team lists for tournaments
be the main point of contact for parents/guardians
liaise with HJRU Representative Rugby Coordinator
distribute information effectively
• Trainers
o must provide relevant qualifications for nomination to be accepted e.g. current First Aid Certificate, Level 1 Sports Trainer
Teams will have one person appointed to each position, having a total of 4 Officials per team only.
