Post Termination and Testing actions and confirmations:*

Discharge all cable after insulation test (Min of 1min) and remove all leads, jumpers or bridges
Check that the HV cable screens are all solidly and separately connected and bolted to the HV earth bar
Confirm that phase rotation is correct and phase identification has been fitted
Cable terminations tightened, settings recorded in Comments field, and bolt heads marked
Cable ends labelled correctly
Ensure enclosure is free from dirt and debris
All penetrations correctly sealed
Attach image of each termination
All covers replaced and all bolts/screws checked for correct tension
Termination Kit installed using manufacturer guidelines
