Melbourne Fringe is moving to Trades Hall – and we're opening a year-round venue called Common Rooms! The 170-capacity space (you may remember it as the Bella Union) will feature a diverse program of performances, live music, DJ nights, dance parties, workshops and classes from late 2019.
We are calling for expressions of interest for events taking place between November 2019 and February 2020. If you're interested in holding one-off independent arts and music events, workshops, classes or rehearsals, then this venue may be for you! Please note seasons of work will not be considered.
Common Rooms will fit between 170 people standing, around 60 with cabaret seating or 80 mixed cabaret/theatre. Full tech specs and details are available upon request - please email email@example.com for further information.
This is not a booking form, we will be in contact to discuss your expression of interest.
While Common Rooms will be programmed to represent a diversity of events across all kinds of creative practice we may not be able to program all events submitted through this EOI process.
This form should not be used for events interested in being programmed as part of the Fringe Hub during the Melbourne Fringe Festival.
