  • NDIS Workers Screening Check

    NDIS now require all risk assessed support workers who engage with registered providers to complete an NDIS screening check prior to commencing employment. This came into place on 1st February 2021. 

    Please note: there is a fee associated with this check and is dependant on the state you are applying. The costs are available through the links above. 

    All Victorian applicants will need to apply here.*

    All NSW applicants will need to apply here.*

    *You will have to select Easy iCare as your employer so we can accept the link before the check will be processed. 

    Some people already have an NDIS workers screening check that can simply be linked to our company should you be successful in your application.

  • Current Police Check

    We require all workers to have a Police check dated no older than 3 months old.

  • Current Working With Children Card (WWCC)

    Easy iCare and NDIS require all workers to have a current Employee Working With Children's Card regardless if they are working directly with children or not. If you don't have an employee working with children card, you will need to submit evidence you have applied for this.

    Victorian residents apply for one here. 

    If you hold a volunteer card, you can update this to an employee one by going here.

    NSW residents apply for your check here. 

  • Right to Work in Australia

    Please select what gives you the right to work in Australia. You will need to provide documents that prove your right to work if you are selected for Employment

    As part of the Induction process, NDIS requires that all new inductions have completed the following Modules;

    NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission eLearning Modules 

    To access the modules, click on the link above then click the module that you choose to begin.

    You will have to log in or create a new account if you don't have one yet.

    The modules can take up to about 90 minutes each to complete. You may leave this form open and complete the module on another tab.

    Once completed, you will be required to upload each certificate of completion below.

    If you have already completed these modules in the past, you don't need to do it again, you can simply upload your certificate of completion. Thank you!

    Please note First Aid is only available for 3 years since the date gained. They are required to be renewed every 3 years.

    Easy iCare runs a 24/7 care program and we need to know what times you are available to work. 

    Please note sleepover shifts occur between the hours of 9pm and 9am and run for a minimum of 8 hours
