Stallholder Application: Community Picnic
The 2019 SECC COMMUNITY PICNIC will be held at Eastlakes Reserve, cnr Longworth and Evans Ave, Eastlakes (just outside Eastlakes Shopping Centre). Please complete this form if you wish to be considered for allocation of a stall site for the Community Picnic on Saturday 9th November 2019. This application should be completed after reading the Stallholder Terms & Conditions. NOTE: Approval will be dependent on full payment within the due date (i.e. 14 days from invoice date).

There are three types of site available: 1) A space for you to provide your marquee; 2) A food truck space, whereby you provide your own generator and stall; 3) A small space without a marquee.
Please select your preference, remembering that food stalls must have their own generator. We cannot provide any.

Public Liability Insurance
A Public Liability insurance policy is MANDATORY as South Eastern Community Connect does NOT provide ANY coverage for stallholders. Final approval will be dependent on receipt of your Insurance Certificate of Currency. Many policies are renewed mid-year, therefore please attach a copy of your current Insurance Certificate and ensure any new certificates, renewed prior to the 9th November 2019, are provided without delay, via email, to email@example.com.

All payments to be paid within 14 days of invoice date. Failure to do so may result in your site being re-allocated.
STEP 1: On successful submission of your application, we will contact you within three business days to confirm receipt. STEP 2: Your application will be processed, and you will be notified soon. NOTE: Your acceptance will be considered “on hold” until a current Insurance Certificate of Currency is received. STEP 3: Subject to approval and confirmation, an Invoice with details regarding payment will be emailed to you. DO NOT SEND PAYMENT until you have received confirmation / invoice that your application has been approved.
