• to the $75 fee for a standard smart meter installation being applied to my Kogan Energy account;
• to any additional fees related to the smart meter installation (such as an unsuccessful or non-standard meter installation) being applied to my Kogan Energy account in addition to the standard fee of $75 without any prior notice of such fee being applied;
• that it is okay to disclose to third party installers so much of my personal information as is necessary for the installation and maintenance of the smart meter (which will include at a minimum my name, property address and contact details);
• and acknowledge that the third party meter installer owns, and is responsible for maintaining and repairing, my smart meter;
• that I will not deliberately damage or interfere with any metering equipment on my premises, in accordance with my obligations under law; and
• that I will not hold Powershop (who sells energy to you under the name Kogan Energy) or those acting on its behalf liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from and or in relation to the smart meter.
