    • Decorate your stall to match our 'Christmas Theme' and be in to WIN!
    • Be our Best Decorated Stall for 2019
    • Our winner will receive a $200.00 Farmers Voucher
    • Stalls will be judged on the night and applicants will be notified as soon as possible during or after the event
    • Stalls will be judged on the following: Participants dressing up; stall presentation and stall decorations
  • Application Process and Payment

    • All applicants must be available for the postponement date also on Friday 29th November 2019
    • Applications close on and must be received by Friday 1st of November
    • An invoice will be provided for your stall fee once your application is approved and payment will be due immediately
    • If payment is not received prior to the event, access to set up at the event will be denied
    • Pack in instructions for the event will be provided 2 weeks prior
    • Please only make contact with the event coordinators before this time if it is absolutely necessary

  • Declaration

    I agree to the following terms and conditions and if my application is successful I agree to the following:

    • Be available for the postponement date also on Friday 29th November 2019
    • To provide a gazebo for my stall
    • To set up with sufficient weights on my gazebo (One weight per leg) - Your set up is on the road and must be secured in case of winds
    • To notify event coordinators if I plan on bringing a generator
    • Entry acceptance and space confirmation is at the sole discretion of the Rangiora Promotions Association
    • Rangiora Promotions Association accepts no liability for loss or damage of stallholder property and the stallholder agrees to obtain any necessary permits or licenses for their activity at their own expense
    • To have my own Health and Safety plan for within my stall and ensure there are no hazards within or outside of my stall set up
    • If the event is postponed – this will happen on the day and only in extremely bad weather which presents Health & Safety issues. Notification will be via email as soon as possible and announcements will be made on the Rangiora Promotions Facebook page
    • The event will endeavour to operate rain or shine and a 50% refund only will be issued if the event is officially cancelled by the Rangiora Promotions Association for health and safety reasons
