Adz Up Ltd Terms and Conditions
- All advertisers will be invoiced at the end of each month for their advertising. Payments are due on the 20th of the month following invoice.
- Should an advertiser wish to cancel their advertising, twelve weeks notice in writing must be given. All cancellation notices should be
addressed to The Directors, Adz Up Ltd and be sent by either:

- In the unlikely event that an advertiser’s account remains unpaid for 60 days or more Adz Up reserves the right to refer the debt to
a collection agency. At such time the advertiser will be liable for the unpaid debt plus any collection charges. Adz Up will only use a
collection agency after prior written notice to an advertiser about their unpaid debt.
- Adz Up reserves their right to remove advertising and cancel the advertiser’s contract, on the basis that (1) the advertiser’s account
becomes overdue, and (2) that the advertiser receives from Adz Up a minimum of 5 working days written notice (via email or letter) of its intension to cancel the contract, should the account remain unpaid.
- Disputed accounts must be advised within seven days of invoice otherwise the claim will not be allowed.
- All costs and expenses of or incurred by Adz Up Limited as a result of late or non-payment shall be payable by the client on demand.

• I/We further authorise you to furnish to any third party, details of this application and any subsequent dealings I/We may have with
you as a result of this application being actioned by you.
• This consent is given in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993.
