TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE Payment for your selected service is required in full in order to secure your booking. You will be issued an invoice via email. Cheque, Electronic Funds Transfer, Direct Deposit and Major Credit Cards via PayPal Business accepted (please advise if you wish to pay via PayPal as an alternate invoice will need to be issued with an additional 3% surcharge.) If you extend your service on the day an additional email will be sent post session and payment is due within 24 hours.30 day accounts and retainer payments may be held for regular clients and large jobs and may be subject to credit checks/applications.Gift vouchers are to be paid for in full at the time of purchase. A full refund may be offered for unwanted vouchers prior to the voucher being redeemed within 1 month of purchase. In line with NSW Fair Trading guidelines gift vouchers have a three (3) year validity period. If for unforseen circumstances Caitlin Stewart Personal Stylist is not able to honour the voucher within this period a full refund will be offered.Certain services are not available out of Sydney metro and minimum hours may apply for areas, which require travel.If you live more than 60 minutes travel time from the Sydney CBD there is an additional flat charge of $115 inc GST for sessions in your home.Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will attract a 20% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your initial payment. The remaining balance will be refunded to your nominated bank account.If Caitlin needs to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances you are entitled to a full refund which will be paid into a nominated bank account if you do not wish to reschedule to an alternate day.
