This declaration is to be completed when the deduct fee from refund option is requested and a refund is due for the taxpayer.

I hereby authorise my Registered Tax Agent, Interactive Business Advisors Pty Limited, to receive my tax refund by direct credit from the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and deposit it into a Trust account, Interactive Business Advisors Pty Ltd Trust Account, operated by Interactive Business Advisors Pty Limited at ANZ and setup in accordance with the requirements of the Registered Tax Agent's Professional Body.

I further authorise my Registered Tax Agent, Interactive Business Advisors Pty Limited, to deduct the agreed accounting fees from my tax refund and immediately deposit the balance into my nominated bank account, or as further directed by me.

I further authorise Interactive Business Advisors Pty Limited to use any information on such files and records for the purpose of carrying out an audit and quality review requirements by a Professional Body.
