Terms and Conditions of Entry to 2020 FE FC Nationals
DISCLAIMER – Exclusion of Liability, Release and Assumption of Risk.
In exchange for being able to attend or participate in the event, you and your nominated party as described on the entry form agree:
- to comply with the Constitution and Rules of the FE-FC Holden Car Clubs of Australia. Specific attention is brought to Section 2 of the document.
- to release the FE FC Holden Car Club of Victoria inc; sponsor organisations, land owners and lessees, organisers of the event, their respective servants, officials, representatives and agents from all liability for your death, personal injury (including burns), psychological trauma, loss or damage (including property damage) (“harm”) howsoever arising from your participation in or attendance at the entire event, except to the extent prohibited by law;
- to attend or participate in the entire event at your own risk.
You also acknowledge that:
- For entry to Winton Raceway on Easter Monday all Entrants will be required to read and accept Winton Raceway’s Terms and Conditions for entry onto the race track.
- If an entrant wishes to exceed 100km/hr on the track then specific regulations apply including:
- Prior to the event purchase an Australian Auto-Sport Alliance Pty. Ltd (AASA) day license (currently $35) from this website: https://crm.aasa.com.au/day_licences
- Drivers and passengers must wear either a full racing suit or neck-to-wrist-to-ankle non-flammable cotton or wool; no nylon, along with enclosed footwear (no thongs or sandals). Helmets must be worn and comply with the current Australian Standard (1698)
