This debit or charge will be arranged by BONBEACH FOOTBALL CLUB INC’s financial institution and made through the Bulk Electronic Clearing System Framework (BECS) from your nominated account and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Direct Debit Request Service Agreement.

Commit to playing for remainder of the 12 month period.

• Payment via Direct Debit

• Single $500 weekly prize draw.

• Winners will be contacted by phone. Winner will also be published on the Bonbeach Football Netball Club facebook page weekly after each draw.

• Maximum 100 entries. First 100 entries returned will be accepted. If more than 100 entries are received, a second independent draw may be created depending on total number of additional entries.

• First draw will occur once 80 entries have been received. Expected to start August 2019

• If places remain, additional entries will be accepted once the draw has started.

• If you would like to cancel your direct debit, please notify membership@bonbeachsharks.com.au. Please allow for up to 14 days for the cancellation to take effect.
