CLASS AND CLASS PASS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. You must agree and sign this DNA Aquatics Pty Ltd Fitness registration before participating in any fitness classes including Bundaberg Regional council BE ACTIVE BE ALIVE classes.
2. One user per class pass.  Unless arranged by DNA Aquatics management class passes cannot be shared.  Only the person whose name is written on card may use pass.
3. When using class passes you must remove your card and place it in the box provided before entering the pool/fitness area.
4. All 10 cl passes are valid for the entire season they are purchased during and carry over to the 31st of December the following season.  All cards still in card box from the previous season on the 1/1 will be discarded if they have not been used during the current season.  50 & 100 classes passes are valid for 2 years from purchase date. 
5. Please read the class description for the class/es you wish to participate in to ensure suitability for you.  All classes are for all fitness levels; however they are designed for the intensity that is stated in class descriptions.  It is the participants responsibility to choose suitable classes and options during each class.
6. Please always be aware and courteous of your fellow class participants.  In particular the for the pool depth, for example, shorter participants will need to be closer to the shallow end for safety and effectiveness of class.  Please make room as required.
7. If you are pregnant, please let your instructor know before entering the pool/fitness area.
8. Children must be supervised at all times.  Children are welcome in the pool area but can only enter the pool at the discretion of the Aqua instructor.  Class type, pool space, participant enjoyment and safety are all factors that need to be taken into consideration. 
9. All equipment must be returned after use.  If you bring your own equipment it is encouraged that you label with your full name and take with you after each class. We appreciate any help with setting up and packing away of loan equipment after each class. 
10. ALL CLASS FEES INCLUDE POOL ENTRY.  We do not charge extra.  The price that is advertised is all you pay. 
11. BE ACTIVE BE ALIVE classes are FREE.  Pool entry applies.
     

Once you submit your registration, complete payment, you are welcome to participate in DNA Aquatics Pty Ltd Fitness Classes.
