This is a 21 Day programme, repeated every month, we have daily motivation and is key to learning important facts about proper nutrition and weight management.
As part of our commitment to helping you lose those unwanted kilos and centimetres, each and every one of you will have a personal coach who will monitor and guide you toward your goal. Your coach will be the person who you made an enquiry with to be part of this challenge, they will help to answer any questions you may have.
