SignatureI agree to the information stated above. The officiant will perform the ceremony and services as requested. A minimum $100 retainer, non-refundable (booked over 30 days in advance) or amount in full (booked less than 30 days in advance) must be received in order to secure the date as stated above. Balance, if any, is due immediately before the ceremony. Any changes must be agreed upon by both couple and officiant and communicated no less than 14 days prior to the ceremony. Weddings will be performed on-time, with no more than a 15 minute variance agreed upon or due to circumstances beyond control of either party. Couple is responsible for securing the venue. Officiant will not perform ceremony in any conditions deemed unsafe.
