United Solar Energy Service Terms and Conditions
United Solar Energy is happy to provide the customer a Bill Analysis in order to determine whether or not the system has been performing as expected. In order to do so, the engineers that are responsible for it would need the following information:
- Bill before Solar
- Bill after Solar (same month as before)
- Consumption Profile (from monitoring system or DNSP/Power Retailer)
- If the inverter has screen, a picture of the Life Time (E-Time and total energy)
This can take from 7 to 10 Business Days after providing all the necessary information and this would occur a cost of $150 if it was found that the Solar System have been performing as expected.
Site Visit by Installer or Engineer
Installer/Engineer would be happy to accommodate a site visit in order to ensure that the system is performing to its most optimum capacity. However, if they find out that the issues are not solar related or at any installation fault, United Solar Energy reserve the right to charge the customer up to $250.
In terms of monitoring system, our customers will receive the entire manual and how to setup the monitoring. If you have any problem in doing so or any queries, United Solar Energy will provide you a list of numbers which have already been provided in your Welcome Pack prior to installation to make your request faster.
Grid Volt Fault (High Voltage to Property)
After installation, if you experience any loss of production due to Grid Volt fault or Gird Loss Fault, this is because you have a high value of voltage coming to your property. This is the responsibility of your network to lower the voltage and not United Solar Energy as the grid, the distributor property and thus beyond our control.
United Solar Energy does not compensate any loss of the efficiency of the system due to the network faults.
Meter configuration from DNSP
Any fees that you incur from your network/power retailer have no association with United Solar Energy and the price of your system that you were sold.
This fee is depended upon the meter on your switchboard and the network/power retailer discretion. The responsibility lies with the customer to contact the network distributor/power retailer in order to confirm the fees.
When the product has a fault which cannot be solved after being checked accordingly, it will be replaced under warranty. United Solar Energy will complete the replacement process directly with manufacturer, however the timing for this will depend highly on the inverter manufacturers stock and availability. Please note that United Solar Energy does not compensate any losses during the replacement process. If you are seeking compensation, please contact the manufacturer company directly. Their contact details would be available on your welcome pack.
IMPORTANT: ANY ISSUE/PROBLEM WILL NOT BE ANALYZED UNTIL YOU PROVIDE ALL THE REQUIRED INFORMATION BY THE ENGINEERS.
