MINIS: Rule 15.9
(A) Mini competitors shall compete in age groups. Subject to rule 15.9.(b), except for those turning 12, the age of a mini competitor on the first day of an event or series shall determine their age group for that event or series.
(B) If a mini competitor’s birthday falls during an event or series, (s)he may commence an complete that event or series in the new age group. However, nothing in this rule shall allow a mini competitor to ride a capacity or type of mini machine underage.
JUNIORS: Rule 15.19a
Junior competitors age shall be from and including the eighth birthday until the seventeenth birthday.
15.19b When a junior licence holder reaches 15 years they may remain as a junior until their 17th birthday, or they may return their junior licence for a senior licence.
15.19c (A) Subject to rule 15.19c (B), except for those turning 17, in age based competition, the age of a junior competitor on the first day of an event or series shall determine his/her age group for that event or series.
(B) If a junior competitors birthday falls during an event or series (s)he may commence and complete that event or series in the next age group. However, nothing in this rule shall entitle a junior competitor to ride in the 125 classes under age 12.
15.19d Where a Juniors birthday falls during a consecutive multi day event the competitor may complete that event, in that class.

ENTRIES/REFUNDS: Rule 5.5a
All entries must be accompanied by the correct fees. If the rider is unable to attend and notifies the Secretary of the meeting by phone or by written word prior to, but not including the event day or in case of a two day meeting, the practice day, entry fees to be refunded in full if all passes are returned. In the case of a telephone or fax cancellation written application must follow, postmarked before the event or practice day.
START: Will be clutch start behind backward falling gates.
ACCEPTANCE AND CONFIRMATION: Entries will not be processed unless entry form is filled out correctly and payment has been received. Confirmed entry list will be available on https://whangareimxclub.com/ prior to close off date.
FORCE MAJEURE: For reasons of Force Majeure, should a meeting or part of a meeting be cancelled any entry fee refunds will be made at the sole discretion of the Organizers. The secretary and CoC reserve the right to alter the meeting format as deemed necessary.
BIKE NUMBERS: Racing numbers are to be on bikes as per rule 10.2b.
NOISE TESTING: Noise testing may be performed with a maximum limit of 96Dba, as per MNZ Regulations.
GATE ENTRY: Sunday entry will be free
RACE DURATION: Approx
Mini All classes - 3 x 9 min + 1 Lap races
Junior 65 & 85 8-11 - 3 x 10 min + 1 Lap races
Junior 125/250F - 3 x 15 min + 1 Lap races
MX Open - 3 x 18 min + 1 Lap races
All other classes - 3 x 12 min + 1 Lap races
NB: The Clerk of the Course and Race Secretary reserve the right to alter race durations to ensure meeting remains on schedule.
RANDOM TECHNICAL INSPECTIONS:
As per MNZ Rule 10.1
TROPHY SCALE: 1st to 3rd Mini
1st to 3rd Juniors
1st to 3rd Seniors
PRIZEGIVING: To be held at the track following racing at last round
Prize money to be paid out at end of racing, prize money must be picked up by rider at prize giving or will be put into the bar fund.
ONLINE ENTRY CLOSING DATE: Friday 9th July 2021. Late entries accept on the day with $10 late fee
