  • TAKE NOTE IF APPLICABLE, A problem we have is meat coming in under a different name from the name on this ticksheet. PLEASE MAKE SURE this is organised, So we can allocate the correct ticksheet name to the correct carcass without having to make multiple phoncalls. IE Your name above, and below, from "Green Acres Farm or Joe Blogs" etc

    If your are supplying multiple animals for multiple employees/people. Can you please email or text Riversdale Meats with all names and what they are getting. This saves us multiple phonecalls and confusion.

  • Please choose one Half or Whole pig. $7 per half to split, for extra packaging and work


  • Processing costs $2.10kg +gst

    Includes.... all curing, Bacon, Hams, Cooking and slicing, bagging, label and boxing.

    Stuffing, Marinates and smallgoods processing are at extra cost as noted below. Esimates avaliable on request, just fill out the form and ask in the comments section, I will email you an estimate.

     

  • PLEASE TAKE NOTE!!     

     IF YOU CHOOSE TOO MANY OPTIONS PER CUT OF MEAT. IT WILL BE AT THE BUTCHERS DISCRETION AS WHAT OPTIONS YOU RECIEVE. You generally get 1 choice per cut.  

  • SMALLGOODS

    PLEASE READ We use meat from the hocks and trimmings to make smallgoods, if you choose 3 or more smallgoods options (depending on the size of the pig), we would need to use meat from roast cuts etc.

  • IF TOO MANY OPTIONS ARE CHOSEN PER CUT OF PORK, THE BUTCHER WILL DO THE BEST THEY CAN TO SUPPLY ALL YOU HAVE TICKED BUT YOU MIGHT NOT GET ALL OPTIONS CHOSEN. PLEASE CHOOSE CARFULLY AND CONSIDER THE SIZE OF THE PIG YOU HAVE SUPPLIED. 

    MEAT BONED OUT FOR SMALL GOODS IS CHARGED AT $10 +GST PER ANIMAL OR PART THEREOF

  • RIVERSDALE BACON 

    Riversdale bacon is cured to perfection then hot smoked with Manuka to give it our signture flavour.

     

    Not pumped full of water, our bacon will not boil in the pan like others, for the best bacon around choose Riversdale Bacon with your pork.

  • Note.

    We run a tight ship please help us to be efficient by submitting form the day your animals are killed . All pork ready for pickup in 7 to 10 days from delivery to the butchery. Full payment on pickup, no exceptions. Credit, eftpos,and paypal accepted. Direct credit to 12-3434-0018121-01 please use your name in referance. Not your business or trust name.
